Nidalee, the cougar that everyone loves. Although most play her AD, I found that with this build she can sustain well and wrecks with spears early game, can push down towers mid game, and wrecks with more spears late game. Her heals reach upwards of 1/3 of her health. Her spear crit's are back at 1.5k. This is how Nidalee was meant to be played.

VERY mana hungry.

Nidalee probably has more farming potential then any other champion. After 6 her cougar form allows for some amazingly easy minion wave clears. Her abilities (Takedown, Pounce and Swipe) pretty much clear the entire wave with just 1 rotation. Lead in with a Pounce, Give em a good Swipe and clean up the last of em with Takedown. If there's any standing when Swipe comes off cooldown its an easy finish.

Nidalee can do several little things that can very easily take her from a so-so 10 kill AP carry, to the champion who wins the game, every game. Here are some little hints to help you out:
~ Pounce allows you jump over small walls. If your getting chased the jungle looks very friendly to a cougar.
~ Her heals can be life savers. Watch your teams health and help em out a bit, don't be greedy. Although that attack speed is nice...
~ Trap EVERYTHING. Grab it first, place them every time its on CD. Every bush should be lined with traps. Nidalee needs good visibility to play like a pro. Ward up, and trap up. Every trap you place is another step closer to pentakill greatness.
~ Your passive will save your life a million times. End of story. Look for a bush, and run.
~ You have range on your side. HARASS HARASS HARASS HARASS. When you are solo top you should have your foe burning threw health potions left and right. Its usually possible to get them to B before 5. So stay on em. Remember the bushes ^
