new passive gives 50 out of combat movement speed and from mysteries give another 3% out of combat and 15 in river and bushes plus your w movement speed your just really fast in the jg why even get boots

yes you lose your out of combat speed but with your e, w, jg item and a deadmans you have everything and more to keep up with them plus your ghost is on a 2 min cd and if you gank more then every 2 mins your probably really under leveled

when fighting make sure to stay by your adc you have a attack speed enhancer and your ult is really good to help your adc kite and now with the 95% slow helps peel anyone without more then one gap closer off

very tanky most health achievable with a legit build
strong ganks with any lane with hard cc or gap closer
very fast in jg easy to counter gank or make it to lane that needs gank
good map presence

if behind or weak laner ganks will be bad and probably not work
need jg item before helping unless lane is really pushed
not a lot of damage easily ignorable
