I think i would prefer getting Shojin or Black Cleaver as first item, in the 40% CDR Rush build.

Well you're actually right. Often times you're gonna be facing a bruiser or a tank on the top lane, so a lot of the time I would get the black cleaver first, followed by botrk second.

I actually really enjoy playing nocturne in lane, and i definetly tried many builds, and Black Cleaver first item is really strong, but more times e prefer the Tiamat for the lane clear and then i build Bruiser, but nice builds tho, i hope you keep the guide updated!

I really appriciate the positive feedback. Often times the reason i rush botrk first and then get tiamat asap is cuz with the botrk lifesteal you get better sustain in lane and the on-use slow effect often times helps you snowball enough to get a kill or your fear off vs more mobile laners. Also the on-hit health % damage comes in really handy but there are cases where I would go Hydra or Cleaver as my first items imo. Its all personal preference :)
P.S. I'll try to put some detailed tips on laing vs certain champions to the guide.
