If u know your team can help u jungle, start wolves, than blue(smite). U can gank, than make witch, golems, red(smite) and another gank. Make wolves,witch,golems, u can counter enemy jungle or gank lane. I prefer after first blue go top, to make it easier for our friend, and than mid, u can gank bot later. Rest is very easy, farm as much as u can and try to help your team. After lvl.6 use ult, and when chacing enemy use your shield before impact, than e to fear him and with your teammates u will get kill.
