IMO you used a are a little bit to much focused on survavability. I think Nocturne is more effective if you focus on damage, crit and attack speed. Alsmost every champion except Rammus will be down very fast if you push the above mentioned things. I would use only one Health item. So in sum I'd say there are better builds already released.
