yeah if you have at least a a team with at least 1-2 guys who help you out you should consider getting puncture taunt since there were many times i pulled them out of their base to my teammates and also it help the towers/creeps dmg him quite a bit ( many ppl think creeps would do no dmg but sometimes it makes the diference) and then you kill.

This build is nice for that. I have played with so many noobs that I had to try something how I can carry whole game alone so I don't usually support at all. Thats the reason why i didn't maximize taunt 1st in my build. Usually i can carry game and i win maybe 3/1 of my Rammus-game but sometimes its impossible. Pretty many of my teammates may hate me cause of my selfish but nvm :D i play Rammus just on ranked now. Supportive Rammus (your) is of course better but just needs at least one good carry on team.

i rather play him as a tank/suport , taking advantage of his taunt and slow and also his magic resist n reflect stance.
