By the time the red buff wears off and you run back to your or their red buff it has usually respawned, if not then it's not as if he is totally worthless without it late game. I'd rather have mana vamp to use alpha strike maybe once more before recalling, but that's just how I play. Like I said, use these as guidelines then adapt them to your playstyle
