Chapter 1
The start, Golem
I start out at blue buff(golem). Never start the fight with Consume, if you do, you will die. I begin by using Smite,(you don't need to start with it, just pay attention to both yours and Golem's health). After I have lost about 150 health, I consume. Then, typically, you can just melee him down, and the minions with him. I usually have consume ready by the time golem is dead and I consume one of the minions, just to be safe.
Wolf and Banshees
After completing Golem, head to the wolf camp, then banshees. If you used smite on the Banshees, then skip lizard and head to the smaller golems. Otherwise, head straight to lizard.
Lizard
After completing that, head back to lizard. It is a very easy fight and should not pose a problem to anybody. With 4 points in Awareness, I am usually about level 4 when I get to lizard.
Ganking phase
This is where the points in Swiftness come in handy. I usually try and gank whichever lane is pushed farthest back, or whichever side has the most deaths. I will ice blast the more likely enemy to kill, and then exhaust a melee as soon as they start to fight back. If they are solo laning, then DO NOT use iceblast while exhaust is up, or the other way around. Use Exhaust to start the fight so they wont have the ability to fight back, and then ice blast as soon as the Exhaust is over. If needed, I don't recommend it, but you may need to use Absolute Zero. If needed, wait to use ice blast until after absolute zero, it almost guarantees a last hit, and a kill for you.
Aftermath
After my first gank, I usually go and get blue buff again. This will greatly reduce my cooldowns.
I know this is a short description, i made this a long time ago and dont wanna re-do it. If you get a leash at blue level 1, then you can finish it with more then 75% health. I would aim to clear jungle in less then 2 minutes after they spawn. Let me know what you think. GL HF.
P.S I might come back and update this later...
