welcome to my akali build!! i have been playing this build for several years and it has carried me to challenger and took me to esports! hope you enjoy!
how to play
nurse akali support is the hardest support to play by far. the thing that makes this secret akali tech so powerful and influential is the power of her heals. because of your skin (nurse akali) you will heal so much that you would match heals with a yuumi. this build DOES NOT WORK unless you have the skin. if you do not have nurse akali you will get reported and get banned forever :( it happened to me dont do it

you have to rush moonstone and then go the items in the guide you can figure it out
