the greatest build of soraka i see in this website, i change one thing , 8/0/22 8 for cooldown ;)

Soraka is a great farmer! starcall 3 times takes out a creep wave at level 3. you just gotta play a bit more aggressively. Mana isnt usually an issue, so you can spam starcall and heal. Otherwise its a really good build. I like the runes. they fix her early game health issues. Mejai's is awesome on her, because staying behind the teamfights healing and starcalling makes it easy to rack up assists and even kills. This builds also works offensively, so a general +1 for you.

I wish I took a screenshot of my game last night.
I went 5-0 with 20 assists and had half of my Zhonrya's built.
This build provides so much survivability it's rediculous.
Although I can't use Flash because of level requirement, I had Exhaust and Clairvoyance (which is a little odd) but it saved my teammates more often than not.

Although you don't see a lot of soraka's with a randuin's omen, i think it's a good support item and it will really help your team in battles. It also keeps you alive.
That with a combi of AP will get you the most out of soraka.

This is an amazing build. The perfect combination of healing power and survivability. Great support prescence, and it makes soraka hit pretty hard as well. Makes her actually useful.
