i start off with ruby and sapphire crystal + t1 boots i skip the pots as by not buying them and winning first battle i should have enough for phage after winning top with my team. i get ruby and sapphire for survivability your find without sapphire your deplete your mana to under 100 before mana shield comes up but with it your have a little less then 300 mana for the shield by the time it kicks in. the first 3 items (triforce FH and ionian boots) follow the exact order it works the best after those 3 items its your choice which you get if your annoied by the aps get the veil but realize if you get it your damage will drop off but if you need it to do your utility (you are a utility to your team) then its needed if not get hextech funny enough fh + ionian + hextech + triforce can beat a decent vayne one of the few vayne counters ive found if you gank her in jungle its a sure kill. but even in the open you can beat her 1v1 as long as you use your skills right. you want to gank bot all the time thats why at lv 7 instead of getting a 4th power fist i get overdrive to make my ganks better cause i get to them just a little faster once they see me coming. blitz does best like and char when fed but blitz speed and ganks are truthly one of his strongest points you should at least gank bot 3 times a game and thats not counting if the game is really long just a decent say 250-0 you should unless your counter ganked all you ganks bot should be 100% kills. as blitz after every win recall you can get back to the fight fast thanks to W.
