hey dude, this is how i start olaf. I preff do this if i'm on the red side.
I first lvl up my q start with gromb. after gromb i get w and do blue/wolves. here comes the fun part. after you do the little crab you can get dragon verry easy. just trow your q in wait for the knockup,go in with w use potions if you are 100/150hp. 9/10 times you get free dragon and the other 1/10 times you can get out with the speed buff from the little crab. when you got the dragon get gromb/wolf and then base. verry strong start. you can do it on blue site but you may lose flash.

Always played with build like yours at Olaf, in my opinion its really strong, and agree with that Olaf should be Tanky as possible. Thank's for nice Guide.

It's a good guide and it helped me understand olaf better.
I found 2 typos: in the ( early game ) section there's still "spirit stone"
and in the ( late game ) section you wrote "You still good a good amount of damage"
