For Olaf Life steal is pretty important because your E depends heavily on health. Thats why its always good to build attack speed, so you can life steal faster and you won't be helping the enemy by lowering your health faster. The other runes are very standard, the basic armor penetration.

You want to start off with Warmogs Armor cause Olaf's E which is one of the main moves your will be using early game, depend heavily on health consumption so faster health regen=mo' profit

you should combo with Q-E-W-Q-E or something like that
