Hello, this build is for Alistar. This build is pointed to the immortalyty Alistar. You can say "but when i puting everything to defens i will have no DMG!!". It is and isn´t true. You will have small DMG but you can practicaly ignore turrets and enemies carryes. You can run too far to the enemy turret and there you can kill debilitated enemy and you can escape easy.

You have very low deaths
Very god in teamfights
Later you can practikaly soloin turrets
You can laught to the low dmg of enemy carries
You must have some items to be aplicable
More people can ks youre kills

I chose GHOST and EXHAUST as replacement of our low DMG. We can use this abilites for killing or escaping. When he wants run away we use EXHAUST and after that we combine
GHOST-HEADBUTT-PULVERIZE to slow and stun him for kill.

This guide is usable as "helping Alistar" how i nicknamed it. Its helpin youre friends in line. Because you have much HP you can use headbutt and pulverize to help youre friend with escaping.
With youre good defense you can good browse grass and jungle.
