ArPen applies on seeker, but i think Cleaver doesn't (otherwise, frozen mallet, triforce, or lich bane would). This means you would have to hit your target 5 times before using your skill. Without boots and without decent AS.

5 levels in skyfall ? 3 lvls in Aegis ? Random ability sequence ?

Just to tell you, your skills are messed up. You can only upgrade Grand Skyfall 4 times. Other that that, it's a nice build. Fix, and I'll give it a thumbs up!
