You'll note though that the build is mostly about abusing extremely high base damages, such as the ones on Flay, The Box, and Protobelt. This is what allows it to decently succeed.
But even if it only really 'works' because I have some game knowledge, that's honestly fine, since:
"The guide does not give an opinion on whether the build is good/strong/viable/competitive, nor whether the playstyle is the optimal way to play a champion. Other guides will provide why you should play a champion that way, but this one will not.
The guide only answers: regardless of strength, if you are playing X, how should you do it?"
I doubt this is some super viable strong playstyle that trumps standard support Thresh. But it doesn't need to be.
