Im so glad to see im not the only one thinking the same way as you regarding this side of Orianna. I do have a question though and maybe you can help. An item that did something very similar to lich bane but with better overall effect and cost efficiency was the runeglaive enchant with smite. With party 5.14 this was nerfed so its not viable anymore.
Now, do you think rushing lich bane is viable. It's 3000 gold, really expensive and by the time you get to it, you should not be relying on your auto attacks anymore and more on your AP damage. Do you feel its forth it? Im really wondering this 'because I really believe her passive should be able to have a big effect mid-late game and not only in the waning phase. The build in thinking about goes something like: Athenes-Sorc shoes-Nashors Tooth-Rabadons-Rylais-Liandrys torment.
I really hope I can get your thoughts on this :)
