You aren't supposed to use pictures because you can use prepared code like [[Orianna]] and [icon=Orianna size=50] to visualize your guide. People will probably have a hard time reading through this for now.
Concerning items I'm not sure whether you recommend rushing Athene's Unholy Grail or not because this is pretty much standard providing a decent power spike for the mid game. It's nice to see you knowing the importance of Void Staff but when being even or ahead you can generally delay this item and rather buy Rabadon's Deathcap or depending on the situation Zhonya's Hourglass.
Thoughts about putting one point in Command: Protect at level one - it offers you an opportunity to harass right from the beginning by avoiding minion damage.
