This is my first build ive posted so any suggestions to how I can make it easier to understand will be welcomed with open arms hope you find my build helpful GL and HF

i start out with spear shot because its his farm / harass early game so its the best to level up first in my opinion. next I go with the Hss because mid to late game its you main damage out put save you physical attack then last i level up my aegis because it has lower damage only being 150 at rank 5 its only use is the stun

some viable summoner spells for pantheon are clarity flash and exhaust and clairvoyance.

clarity is helpful early game because pan like to eat mana
flash just helps you get closer to get your w off
exhaust just because its useful
and clairvoyance so you can see if a low hp enemy is recalling and then jump on their heads or just all around scouting

I usually choose my starting item depending on my situation. if the enemy team has good harassability I start out with a ruby Crystal. If they don't I go for a long sword .
Ill go for a phage first for the hp + damage. After that i get boots depending on enemy team up to that point in the game. if they are harrasing a lot with md get mercs. if they are harrasing alot with ad get ninja tabi. if its neither get zerkers. then finish the frozen mallet. i like the frozen mallet because it give me better survivability and some damage. next is the black clever for damage and attack speed. then 2 blood thirster's for life steal and damage. and the las item is flexible. if you are having problems with dps go with a thorn mail. if your having trouble with mages get either a force of nature or a banshees. if its both go with gaurdians. if you think more health would help you go with a warmogs. if high hp tanks are a problem go with madreds blood razor your last item just depends on the game

early game start out with the spear shot. use this to last shot minions for gold. you really wont have that much damage out put till level 3 when you have all 3 of your basic ability's.so your basic combo is to go w q e this stuns them with aegis hits a lot of with Hss and get them with spear shot. i try to hit them with one melee attack for the slow then use Hss making it more effective. late game is were pan really starts to shine. if you play him right people should be afraid of you
