I dont like the idea of stacking Bloodthirsters, but thats a personaly preference, nothing against the build. I would say that its best to get BV over a second Bloodthirster though. If you die, you lose all that power. With BV you save your self omse dmg, and get some more AD via Atma's.
I cant say I think you get max survival, but you do very well on dmg.
Since you stack BloodThirsters, how do you come by that gold if you are having a bad game? Im not bashing you so please dont think I am. Im just curious
Changed my build a bit from a bit of your tips but also because of more effectiveness in all game.
Tried this build and it's alright.
I like this hp+atmas theory, gives you some survival and some damage so you dont loose the too much damage.

I know that you said BV could be taken of Thirster. I was suggesting that would be best. Late game survival is bad for most Pantheon, and BV will help you stay alive. Im a fan of BV but I find it situtational. I use it in my build, but only if I need too. I would suggest some kind of defensive item over the Thirster.
As for Youmuu's, I would suggest getting that early. The ArP, crit, AD, and active are very nice to have. Im not a big fan of BF Swords, or the items the build into, but getting Ghostblade eaarly can give you an escape mechanism. Its got a CD, but if you use it in the right place, it can save you. Just a thought.
If you dont want to get Ghostblade early, I would suggest getting the Avarice blade and Brutalizer and sitting on them. The gold per lvl from avarice will help you get the gold you need for Thirster.
I don't really like youmuu's so i problably won't but thanks for the advice, try my build if you're interested :)
Haha I have written in the info about replacing a bloodthirster would work very well if you get banshees veil, also i have never gotten so far in a game tha i get 2 blood thirsters or youmuus. Open for suggestions
