If you are actually getting frozen mallet, get it right after bloodthirter and if youre getting trinity I think after boots, becoming your 1st item however, getting trinity 1st it's gonna be kind of expensive but if you can make it fast it's all worth it.

Well Hero, if you are looking for an AD/health item I would suggest either trinity force or frozen mallet, besides I do think those two items wouldn't be bad for your build even though I've rarely seen pantheons getting these items it doesn't mean these aren't viable, I play panth myself and we should try to be open minded and try different thinks and who knows what will come out of it huh? The phage and also the banshee's seem like good choices. I will look into this and try it out, but for now the Atma's isnt that bad of a choice. Any suggestions will be great!

So I thought the Atma's would be the best choice, although it does not give any health:(. Any suggestions on what item should replace Atma's would be great! Thanks very much.

I'm sorry to say that i didn't really like you'r build. You think really well with giving him some good amount of armor and items like Atma's Impaler, but it's still really easy to kill for a team, if they focus on you. I think that you should replace one of your items for one giving you more hp. I'm sure this build gives lots of kills, but you won't be an outstanding player for them. I think also that you should replace ghost with exhaust for runs and ganks.
