So start with cloth armor and 5 health potions. When you back buy tier 1 boots and a long sword if you can afford it. Then get the madredz razors and tier two boots. if you need mr and tenacity get mr boots, but if they have ad get dodge boots.

Now is when you decide if you need more mr or if you can get rageblade. If you need more hp and mr, get spirit visage, if not get rageblade. rageblade is vastly underestimated item for udyr when using phoenix stance imo. Either way get these two items next.

Now build randuins omen. I feel even if you are taking little damage, the only way you can carry with udyr is if you are unkillable. After omen you can get either wits end or phantom dancer. i usually get phantom dancer because it also give ms.

You could also get wits end before omen if you wanted. If you build dodge boots, wrigles, rageblade, and wits end, you can solo baron at lvl 15. Or you could EAsily two man it.

start at wolves and kill them before you get a leash for blue. now you can either level two gank and put a point into bear, or just put a point into turtle and go kill wraiths, golems, then red. after that just farm gank farm gank.
