I main Jinx ADC and i think that she is an extreme counter to vayne and cait. She can out-trade cait and can match her range. When versing vayne i really reccomend when ever she comes up to CS using ur slows,CC,poke and if ur support can as well. I do think jinx is average early and vayne is ****py. If my enemy laner chooses Vayne or cait, Jinx is the best pick IMO
