one thing i would say is moving your boots up towards the first items, only because Veigar is real slow and you arent going to be able to move around the map easily
Thank you for your comment, and constructive critism however i did mention that you chose your boots whenever you see fit. Im mostly in a defensive position as veigar and will only show myself outside of the turret early game if there is either a gank or when my stun is up. you wont need it as much unless like i said you got a turret down or need to advance out of your comfort zone.
