Take armor seals instead of mana though. You gonna die in the jungle without them.
The reason I don't take armor seals is because I find that Wriggle's sustains me well against AD carries in lane enough whereas a negatron will diminish the nukes from AP casters once the laning phase ends, especially when you haven't stacked HP of any sort yet. But armor seals are completely viable.
