Overview:
I generally use my ult to tower dive and pick one off while they all focus me, letting my team burn them down while I take agro from the tower and the team, without taking damage. Use Hextech Gunblade to get those runners, its longer than all your skills range, its very useful. Always try and line Heroic Charge up to a wall or obstacle, it does significantly more damage. Heroic Charge can also be used to escape; slam them into a wall and then start running with PoD.
After Hextech Gunblade you can kinda go where you want; sometimes I go for Infinity Edge if they are squishy. Also consider selling your cooldown boots and getting the magic penetration ones in late game, as you will need more magic pen.
