I actually didn't vote, but that's your comment on another build, and that's stupid.

Anyway, concerning the build, i really don't like your items for an hybrid AP/AD. You focus on really expensive items dedicated to each side while you have wonderfull items that suit Poppy so well and are hybrid by themselves : Triforce, Hextech, Guinsoo for instance. I also really like Nashor because of the speed that suits with "AD part", but i don't think i'd do it for Poppy.

Your masteries are bad too. Dont go for +10% MS on evade when you don't have any evade but the 2% from masteries and 6% from Runes. You should go Offense to get the 15% Magic Pen (benefits to Charge and Devastating blow).

AP runes are a good idea as hybrids often lack in AP, but i'd just get the Glyphs, and Magic Pen on Marks. Maybe you should change your Quintessence too, as you have Swiftness, 9% from Masteries, and Paragon.

ok some of that is true but thats your apinion you shoud really shut up unless you try it because i have and went 22/1 and the 1 was because i lagged out and ran past there turret
