DEVASTATING BLOW:

Use this immediately after a basic attack to maximize damage because it resets your auto attack. This is your strong skill so max it out first. Take it at level 3.

PARAGON OF DEMACIA:

The movement speed buff is nice but the passive is great for 1v1 fights. This is your second strongest ability so max it out second. Take it at level 1.

HEROIC CHARGE:

If you charge the enemy into a wall or turret, they will be stunned so wait for the right time for the stun. Max this out last because it is a utility spell but take it at level 2.

DIPLOMATIC IMMUNITY:

Use your ultimate on the enemy who deals the least damage then attack the enemy carry. Remember, Poppy's ultimate does not take damage from turrets so she is great for turret diving.
