to be very Strong because otherwise he might be just as squishy as Teemo, no offence bro. Give him either Warmogs Armour or Thornmail, (I prefer Warmogs) But you should start off with boots and 3 health potions. Try to be Mid no matter what it helps with levelling up. after a few kills work towards DeathCap and then Warmogs, Get Hextech Gunblade and then work towards finishing your Boots (finally :P) and get Lich Blade and Rod Of Ages. Pick which one of the two item you want first... Really Your Core items are pretty much Hextech Gunblade, Rabedons DeathCap, Warmogs, and your NORMAL boots of Speed (not upgraded yet)
