I'm here to share my highly competitive, 900 Elo, Spawn Karthus build.

The principle here is very simple: confuse and dis-orientate the enemy, by never leaving the spawn fountain.

This leaves mid-lane unoccupied, making the enemy AP feel unloved and unwanted.

Now, typically, the idea is to suspect 21, into the Jewish masteries (utility), making sure to grab all 4 tax good upgrades and the 2 extra points in investment banking.

Besides that, we put 9 into anger (offensive), to get that extra sexual tension, on our ultimates.

As per for Runes! We take free-cash Quints for extra gold income, Avarice seals for great bargains and we run full penetration Marks and Glyphs.
