In lv2 you take e beacause is good for escapes when minion is feared to his position so remember dont use it to son cuz it will return minion on his position and health is going to reganerate.As a jungling nocturne you can gank your enemy at lv 4 or even beter when you are lv 6 so you have ulti and you dash on your enemy. Then you can use W for preventing spel do any damage and you get biger bonus in atack speed from pasive in w. Then you use q on enemy and e so you will folow him quickly enough so your enemy couldnt brake the line of e so he become feared and you can take easy kill.
