I agree with all of these comments actually.
-Firstly, I'm sorry about the sea of texts; i like writing, and I'm trying to make up for the fact that I can't put in pictures yet because of my computer (don't ask).
-I'm sorry about the build type; although I originally intended it to be a full support one when I first played Lulu, my ideas changed as I played her, yet I still had some characteristics of the first build that I really liked, sorry they sort of merged-I guess this is why it is so erratic and doesn't seem to make sense.
-thanks for the feedback on items and runes guys: honestly, the gp was a bit hit-and-miss, so as I knew it wasn't entirely necessary to the build, and it could damage it severely with items, i played it safe with runes.
-Promote; I totally agree:) I really enjoy using it, but I understand it is not really an option for support- I actually wanted to change it to Clairvoyance, however, considering I had already put it in the build and said why it is useful, i didn't really want to.
-the CS point is actually very true; I said it was an AP/Support Lulu guide, so I should be sticking to that by helping the carries.
-the spell combo. this is quite important, I know, and I completely forgot about it. thanks for reminding me; no excuses, I'll add it in later.

Overall, thanks for all the feedback. I originally only planned to use this for myself, but I'm glad that I have had quite a few positive points back from it. I will change it, but not at this stage; later on.
PS; for those who asked, i read and voted up your builds:P

Well,build is ok fora mage,but not for a support.Take 2 auras more (at least) and it will be fine.

well if i wasn't bent on getting more +reps, the large ocean of texts would hve sared me away. fast.

my advice to you:

• get rid of those seas of text! delete some of the absolutely unnecessary sentences off
• get some pictures. idc what, but pictures make guides look a lot better!
• tell your readers exactly what this build is. you're going to get a lot of downvotes unless you tell your readers that your build is a support & ap lulu. consider mincing the support/ap theme into your title.
• better explain why you don't run any gp10 items and instead use gp10 runes. that right there is a ballzy idea and requires explanation. also, you may want to consider chaning youe build a bit. even though this is a support/ap lulu build, a true support kinda needs a gap closer. on lulu this would be a Shurelya's Battlesong. i strongly suggest you get this. also, the philosopher's stone you can buy early game will help with some of the mana problems, and also allow you to choose safer runes

I like your build, but it's not really a support, more like a AP mid build.

Also, I think promote] is not viable although you explain the positive points of it. There is very little use of it, compared to [[flash, which is used more often. Although it is personal preference, I still think it is not viable, and as a support, you should not be taking any CS or pushing the lane.

Your Guide is okay, but could go a little more in-depth into what her spell combo is...
and how to use her. There's also a few errors that needs fixing.
