Pyke with dark harvest isnt that good, pyke wants to execute people but your R kills them anyway when they are low so dark harvest is useless, you should take electrocute, or hail of blades so you will get them low.

dark harvest deals massive damage late game to low health enemies so if an enemy is just above the threshold it deals gets them below it for you to execute them.
I play usually fleet footwork for sustain and speed but dark harvest works best when you're aggressive.
kills also stack dark harvest so it's best played when aggressive
