vladimir is ane epic champion that needs spell vamp,which is included in my build,and if he gets too fed he feared a lot.will of anicents is important because it gives you spell vamp and AP and ryali gives you health

cons:
.tageted in team fights
.hard in early game

wiil of the anicents:the most important itme for vlad because it gives you spell vamp which make your Q and W MUCH better
mejai soulstealer:when you get fed it become really efficient
rabadon deathcap:gives you more AP
rod of ages:more health

the seals,and glyphs are for AP because vlad needs a advantage in early game also the quintessence,but the marks are for armour penatration against tank you will need that in late game

vlad has transfusion it helps you gain health a lot if you have spell vamp just like my build sanguine pool slows enemies and heals you and does damage over time tides or blood is really important because it does a lot of damage and you need to spam. hemoplague is really effecient in team fights it will do damage after you put it like 4 seconds then they will be damaged
getting people: use transfusion then sanguine pool then hemoplague and put ignite and transfusion
runing away:use sanguine pool thats it

ignite:really important because you use hemoplague then ignite to do a lot of damage
ghost:first you sanguine pool then ghost to be more effecient

transfusion:first because it gives you health and dost cost you a thing
tides of bloodes:second i prefer that because yo do damage more
sanguine pool:third you need it in lvl 3 in order to get a kill easily

vlad is an EPIC champion in my opinion because if you were in mid lane lets say you dont need to go back you use transfusion and as items gives you mostly AP and health and runes give you AP and magic penatration
