Im not gonna downvote, but you clearly don't know what you are talking about. And a sidenote on spell: Panth is one of the only ones that benefits from this spell. He basicly have 2 lives when he got revive ready. Example: Theres a teamfight and you GO in and do your combo. Then you die. Now you can revive and jump right back in the teamfight using your ultimate. This is very useful and will surprise most teams, and maybe leading to your team winning the teamfight. Consider putting the revive spell under situational summonerspells. Feel free to use my explaination to

My advice to you: skill instead of Greed one into Utillity Mastery. It is much more important to have the 10% Time bonus on a hard buff instead all 10 seconds 1 gold.
