Not viable sorry. You rely on stacks to do some damage, wich is a REALLY bad idea. You'll become the primary target as soon as you, somehow, get 12 stack.

Stacking is like begging the enemy team to focus you, wich you don,t want as Ashe.

Having 2 SotD is not a good idea either. You're just wasting your money. 1 SotD is only good if you use it's active. If you want more AS, try getting Black Cleaver or Madred.
