Why is cut down recomended? Cass builds a lot of HP items which makes it less effective.

I have been on the hunt for a good Cass guide for a while now and this is totally it.

1. Seraphs embrace is a bad item at least for starting 3 as it doesnt give shield anymore..demonic embrase is way better
2. Irelia isnt a giga threat for cassio..cassio can easily outclass her by using correctly her w
3. Taste of blood instead of eyeball
4. U dont need ability haste on runes as cassio

It's all on old items/runes. I didn't update guide for Cassio with items etc yet so

oh..but still half of them were valid even on the previous patches apart from the seraphs thing

Imo 30 flat AP from eyeball collection on Cassiopeia was better than heal for small amount once per 20 second, same with cooldown instead of ap, 10% cdr was better than 9 ap.

not really..the reason u take taste is because it procs with ravenous hunter and the healing from e + the frequency u spam e almost every sec..also it helps a lot with the laning phase...and 10% cdr isnt necessary on cass as she doesnt need cdr to work..9 ap gives a nice boost for the laning phase where u can basically solo kill anyone at lvl 3

Ye but u heal a little once per 20 sec from ToB, 30 ap from eyeball collection you got all the time and i said about cdr when there was cdr in game not now with ability haste, now probably 9 ap is way better than 8 ability haste + ye as i said earlier i didnt update guide for new items/runes yet

what do you think of ? It makes greater the heal she gets and she does her tankier and she has already much damage.

If enemy would have like 4 ap champions then Visage could be a thing but then Abyssal Mask would be also good in that case.

What are your thoughts on dark harvest cass? I've seen many people take it, but since her early game is already so weak I thought that it would only harm her.

Imo Dark Harvest isn't that good on Cassio. You got better keystone and other things to take in Precision or Sorcery tree for Cassiopeia than on Domination tree.
