I've replaced Rylai's with RoA and Potency allows for extra dmg early game, u get the blue buff with it and u'll wreck

Rylai's Crysta Scepter= Useless for Lux
Runes of Potency= Slow start

I would take one point out of Meditation and put it into Utility Mastery. Longer blue buffs and baron are going to be more helpful than 1 mp5.

I recommend taking Utility Mastery, improved Clarity, and improved Flash over Expanded Mind. Expanded mind is broken, it does almost nothing.

That's a good score, your getting kills and assists means you're playing both the role of a support and caster
