I have CdR glyphs so I will change them. Great advice :)
I usually get Ninja Tab for a DPS heavy team and Mercury Threads for a CC heavy team and a magic heavy teem. But with a DPS heavy team I like to get Ninja Tabs for the early armor and dodge. Cheap and gets the job done. I should have added to get mercury threads for the CC and magic heavy teams :/

I have to admit that exhaust could be really interesting since the latest patches. About your runes I'd say that Seals of Clarity and CdR-glyphs are better than those ones. Skilling Order: maybe QEEWER could be better. Tldr: not bad but still couple weird things. Magic penetration is good but quints and marks are good enought in my opinion. Glyphs are maybe better on CdR.

Edit: And you don't need Ninja Tab, over 400 armor is too much. You need more magic resist and passive on Mercury Treads is also great. Its atm best shoes for a tank.
