I don't rly like Warmog's on Rammus, since it costs more than 100 armor would, and the 100 armor would give you 25 damage too.
personally, i don't like to use Ninja Tabi, as it reduces the effectiveness of Thornmail and your W ability.
I usually take Sunfire Cape as one of the last items, as other items could help your survivability + dps a lot more.
but overall this is a decent build, it needs some work, but it's good. i'll thumb it up to get you going so more will see it.
1. "Rollerball" = Powerball, i assume.
2. pretty short description but nvm.
3. wtf? Nimbleness without max number of Evasion?
4. http://www.mobafire.com/league-of-legends/build/rune-tips-what-secondary-and-primary-means-and-more-24255 and think about those mana-marks...
5. you don't need more armor from runes, you have enough. So dodge is better on seals. And about those 2 armor-quints.. maybe magic resist or health instead?
6. Frozen Heart lowers the effectiness of shield & Thornnail-combo but nvm. But i would prefer buying second sunfire's cape.
