I think ghost and fortify are two extremely useful summoner spells for any tank. With Rammus you do have a mild mana problem early game, but after grabbing banshee's the extra mana helps and you'll have it when you need it.

On your balanced tank items your Magic Resist is quite a bit lower than your Armor.

One thing you should consider is clarity. Rammus is tank but it works well especially since he runs low on many early. Also you should maybe get heal because life is always good :)
Ghost is nice but you do have power ball to run away. Same with flash, that can help in a lot of situations, but you are guaranteed to have more success with these spells. I like leveling taunt and defensive ball curl, the way the game plays may decide what you level first. Nice build
