I can see if I can manage to get a video up of it, but I can tell you in advance to pull it off you need at least 6 stacks on your bonetooth necklace. But it can indeed often be pretty hard to pull off. It's usually just a case of luck. I'm pretty sure boots make it easier to pull off as well since you can jump for around .25 seconds after you leave the bush and the more you move during that time the easier it is to pull it off.

I guess you can use that but it's a difference of about 2 seconds on your ult at max level, so I don't really think it is worth it compared to the flat AD.
