In the time ive used it it has worked out well and Brand does have some ways to escape if you decide to get flash or if you stun them first then run
flash? you dont have flash as a summoner...
Soulstealer on a squishy champ with no escapes? no WOTA? I think you're missing out on some of what Brand is capable of. This seems more like a build for co-op vs AI than even solo queue.
