I'm surviving realy good at this build but im not done with the build just yet. Im trying diffrent build every match to find the best build.

Ionian Boots of Lucidity is just too ummm, Reneckton is mostly about Defensive stats since the 'Q" skill doesn't give that much health back. Reneckton can never be fed after the patch, its better if you get Either Magic resistence boots or Ninja tabi. Sunfire cape always has to be reneckton's secondary build, since they reduced the price and it works well with reneckton's Ultimate. Your masteries are good but the item has no survival abilities at all....
