You can also buyinstead of HoG
or you can involve HoG to malmotrius .it depends the game

Boots of speed - Quick early jungling
health pots - help at jungling
Heart of Gold - gains more gold
Bonetooth Necklake - you need it for early stacking
Sheen - (early high dmg + 5 ferocitys) + (more heal with battle roar + 5 ferocitys)
Phage - survivability at mid game
Mercury's Treads - For speed and tenacity at mid game
Trinity - For the advantages of trinity
Guardian's Angel - Survivability and to avoid losing bonetooth necklake's stacks
Bloodthirster - High Dmg + lifesteal

And as i said You can sellto buy "Malmotrius" - "Last Whisper" - something for dmg or defence or involve it to randuins omen.

Actually this character doesnt need "Wringgle's Latern" for jungling because he got high dmg skills and he got heal aswell so you dont need spend golds for it , it doesnt worth it .

I uses these runes for high early dmg and armor to make easy the jungling and high dmg at gangs .
