I really like the choice of the runes, I think they are as simple as fitting perfectly.
Your build path seems to be nice and allround working but there is one thing that I personally would change - and that is that I would build Black Cleaver before Yoummuus just to get the 20% cdr faster cause I know how much Rengar relies on his cdr (and I really miss the flat and scaling cdr runes ;-;). But maybe the Yoummuus first is good aswell for the extra mobilty that you need as jungler and especially with Rengar and with his ult.
I would be really interested in you writing more about rengar and your play-styles and opinions :) (maybe you can make this into a guide one day but ofc only if you want to)
