This is a good guide. Try to change infinity edge and phantom dancer to a guardian angel and another bloodthirster. These are better:)

meh. this build is ok.
I really don't see the point of youmuu's ghostblade at the end.
The item is really lackluster without its active and it's meant to be a mid game item. I personally don't even advise getting it for Riven, as you can just take the arm pen from the brutalizer and leave it at that.

No point of getting avarice blade at the end either.

Teleport is useful on Riven by the way. It gives top lane dominance and later can be used to teleport to teamfights. Not saying it's better than flash or exhaust, but it definitely should be one of your option.
