"Currently level 20. Will update as I level." is something i do not understand...
1st 2 big items for magic penetration? i would vote for that a bit later in game when ppl accualy get some magic resistance.
Haunting Guise as last item?
going for ring when you have 268 endgame Ability Power? A bit overkill in price. Either go for something else or spend cash on more supportive stuff.
Herman is SUPER annoying char in early game. Get something with huge mana regen or bunch of mana pots in early game instead of going for book and counting for kills.
