Perseverance should most likely be moved to Good Hands, as... Rumble doesn't have mana.

9/0/21 is actually better if you avoid putting points in anything related to mana.
Also, this is pretty much Phreak's build without the Magic Pen item.

Why don't you experiment your own build?

I actually have to disagree with some of the previous commentors about the 9/0/21 route on Rumble, yes he is an AP champion but if you want to go the damage Route I would honestly think about a 21/9/0 route, the majority of the Utility tree is wasted on Rumble in my opinion with the exception of Ghost spec and experience boost. Anyway dude, get this build goin, i'd love to find a DPS rumble build to try

AP and he ROCKS !!! 9/0/21 is perfect for him so go for it :)

I think Rumble is supposed to be more of a Tank type of Champion, but with that said, if you wanted to go DPS, I'd build him more like a mage going with an AP build and going the 9/0/21 build into the DPS/Utility tree. That's just my 2 cents.

there is no need for so many points in attack just nine will do for magic pen the rest depending on you liking tank for survive or app just because im lovin rumble so far
