im sorry but this build is a fail if you know how to play ryze you would clearly understand that rune prison is one of your most important spells and you dont even start it until lvl 13 theres plenty of other things wrong with this build as well but i wont be that mean and point them out to (needs work)

Alright, your comment on archangels has me stumped. His overload ability uses MANA to get power, and thats what archangel does. Also, the staff gives him ability power for mana.
